When my mother was admitted, the facility wasn’t renovated, but it was close to my home.  My mom broke her hip at home and needed rehabilitation. She started rehab and the staff were very attentive. I love the care they provide and the way they communicate with me.  The facility is now beautiful and comfortable and I love the layout!

The CNAs know my mother and I appreciate the love they show her.  Also, I like the attention and communication that they give to me when I visit, daily. 

This facility is absolutely amazing for the assistance they provide. I have full confidence that my sister is very well taken care of and she is in a safe place. It pleases my heart and I thank God every day that we have the River Oaks staff to lean on. It means the world to me.

I thank God for placing my husband at River Oaks.  They have been a blessing as well as an environment of healing and restoration.  They have lifted my spirits by knowing that my husband is being well taken care of. 

Anytime I call to check on my husband, the staff have been very cordial and have allowed me to speak with him.

From top to bottom, the staff here has been the best.  He is taken care of when I am not able to be there.  In the three years that he has been here, I have yet to find him unhappy.  This is most impressive in that my family member is deaf and mute, so communicating with him can be a challenge.
